Do you sometimes feel the pressure of trying to keep up with expectations placed on you by your parents, social media, peers and school?
Do you suffer from low self-esteem and sometimes question who you are and what you’re capable of?
Are you facing the reality of anxiety?
Do you sometimes feel isolated or disconnected from your friends, family and community?
If you answered YES to one or many of these questions, perhaps it’s time to reach out for support
…because it’s here, right in front of you.
Youth on a Mission is a 4-week online program embracing opportunities for personal development, self-discovery and growth designed especially for youth.
Is Youth on a Mission right for me?
Are you:
- Feeling disconnected, confused and overwhelmed by life.
- Seeking support outside of your immediate community.
- Eager to learn how to move forward from a place of empowerment and inner happiness.
- Wanting the guidance of a ‘big sister figure’ who has been there, seen it and done it all before!
- Ready to develop your self-worth, self-love and self-awareness and realise your ABSOLUTE potential and SHINE!
Sound familiar?
Then, Youth on a Mission is for you! You’re in the right place.
Hi! I’m Fiona
I’ve been a dancer my whole life and a teacher and mentor in the performing arts for the past 20 years.
Working with young people my entire professional career has been a privilege.
I remember clearly as a teen and young adult facing obstacles that I believed I had to deal with all on my own.
Perhaps it was pride to avoid appearing weak, maybe it was fear that I would be judged or labelled…but my inability to reach out and share was real.
I TRULY remember feeling like “no one would understand”.
Can you relate?

In 4 inspiring weeks, you’ll discover who you are and learn to let go of who you think you should be.
Week One:
Me!...The ONE thing I can control.
Week Two:
EMBRACING who I am and letting go of who I THINK I should be.
Week Three:
Rewriting my inner voice.
Week Four:
The key to it all, Self-Love!
What does the program look like?
Live coaching sessions
Weekly writing exercises
Guided audio recordings
One-on-one Zoom session
If you’re ready to grow and can commit to two hours a week for four weeks, you’ll learn so much about yourself that you didn't even know, and gain tools and ways to move through your life with confidence, ease and inner happiness.
The outcome
