Do you sometimes feel the pressure of trying to keep up with expectations placed on you by your parents, social media, peers and school?

Do you suffer from low self-esteem and sometimes question who you are and what you’re capable of?

Are you facing the reality of anxiety?

Do you sometimes feel isolated or disconnected from your friends, family and community?

If you answered YES to one or many of these questions, perhaps it’s time to reach out for support

…because it’s here, right in front of you.

Youth on a Mission is a 4-week online program embracing opportunities for personal development, self-discovery and growth designed especially for youth.

Is Youth on a Mission right for me?

Are you between the ages of 15-21?
Are you:

Sound familiar?
Then, Youth on a Mission is for you! You’re in the right place.

Hi! I’m Fiona

I’ve been a dancer my whole life and a teacher and mentor in the performing arts for the past 20 years.

Working with young people my entire professional career has been a privilege.

I remember clearly as a teen and young adult facing obstacles that I believed I had to deal with all on my own.

Perhaps it was pride to avoid appearing weak, maybe it was fear that I would be judged or labelled…but my inability to reach out and share was real.

I TRULY remember feeling like “no one would understand”.

Can you relate?

In 4 inspiring weeks, you’ll discover who you are and learn to let go of who you think you should be.

What is the course about?

What does the program look like?

Live coaching sessions

Each week, we’ll get together by Zoom to talk about the week’s focus. I’ll guide you through our week's focus in a live one-hour coaching session where you can ask questions and learn from others.

Weekly writing exercises

This part of the process is SOOOO important. Writing creates thought and brings emotion. Just by completing the exercises in your course workbook, you’ll learn so much about yourself. You’ll uncover things that may be stopping your progress and preventing your inner happiness.

Guided audio recordings

Positive phrases and short, guided meditations from the week’s focus will be available for you to download. You can listen in the morning to set you up for a positive and successful day ahead, and at night to help you fall asleep thinking about the things you truly deserve!

One-on-one Zoom session

You’ll have my undivided attention and support as we spend time talking about the more overwhelming areas of your life. In our 45 minute session, we’ll work out what’s stopping you from really embracing who you are.

If you’re ready to grow and can commit to two hours a week for four weeks, you’ll learn so much about yourself that you didn't even know, and gain tools and ways to move through your life with confidence, ease and inner happiness.

The outcome

Envisage it, because this journey is all about what you want to create in your life moving forward.

Special guest: Merrin Wake

Founder of The Aware Project

Merrin Wake, founder of The Aware Project, will join us live for a bonus session in Week 3 of our LIVE call.

She’ll be talking about mental health, disordered eating and common challenges faced by teens and young adults.

You’ll discover that what you’re feeling, thinking and experiencing IS relatable and there IS help out there for you.

Merrin’s approach is nurturing and warm. She is so passionate about empowering and teaching young people how to sift through challenges and come out the other end.

Merrin is a highly experienced Health Education Consultant and Clinical Nurse Specialist (Child and Adolescent Health). She’s a university lecturer and trainer in the areas of mental health, diversity and inclusion and trauma-informed care.

Sound a little intense... or even boring?!

Don’t be fooled. I’m a dance teacher first and foremost. I’m a yogi at heart. And I have more energy and vitality than my 5-year-old!

This course will be delivered with a HUGE dose of FUN, an element of CHILL
and an overwhelming feeling of INSPIRATION.

I wanted to let you know that you have impacted and changed my life in the best way possible, and I will be forever grateful for you and how you opened my eyes up to the world of dance. Your energy, wisdom and love have made me into the person I am today.
